Operation Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of restaurant outlets, including front-of-house, kitchen operations, venue maintenance, and new store setup
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, food safety, and hygiene compliance
• Plan and execute events, promotions, and private functions to drive business growth
• Monitor and control labour costs, food costs, inventory, wastage, and daily cash handling
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve SOPs, operational workflows, and internal guidelines to enhance efficiency and consistency
• Lead recruitment, staff scheduling, training, performance management, and team development
• Drive operational excellence and achieve business, profitability, and customer satisfaction targets

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in F&B operations management, preferably in a multi-outlet environment
• Strong leadership, people management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Solid experience in cost control, inventory management, and operational planning
• Familiar with food safety and hygiene regulations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
