Operation Manager

SRB Plastipack LLP is a packaging manufacturing company providing a wide range of flexible and woven packaging solutions. Our product range includes PP tapes, PP woven fabric, PP woven bags, BOPP laminated bags, metallised BOPP laminated bags, handle bags, tuber bags, and flexible pouches including centre seal, side seal, zipper, stand-up and other customised pouch formats.

We are looking for an organised and responsible Operations Manager to manage and coordinate the complete order cycle from receiving the order to final dispatch.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries, quotations and confirmed orders.
• Understand and record customer requirements, quantities and delivery timelines.
• Plan orders according to delivery schedules and production capacity.
• Coordinate with the purchase team for timely procurement of required raw materials.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure orders are planned and completed on time.
• Regularly follow up on order status and identify any delays.
• Prioritise orders according to customer requirements and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with the dispatch team to ensure finished orders are dispatched on time.
• Maintain proper records of pending, ongoing and completed orders.
• Keep management updated about order status, delays, material requirements and dispatches.

Candidate Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations/order management, preferably in a manufacturing or packaging company.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong follow-up and planning ability.
• Good knowledge of Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
• Responsible, proactive and capable of taking ownership of the complete order cycle.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
