Operation Manager

● Daily Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day site operations,

production/warehouse planning, supply chain coordination, and workflow

distribution to meet operational targets and delivery schedules.

● Process Improvement & Efficiency: Streamline operational processes, reduce

waste, and implement lean/standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance

overall productivity and operational cost-efficiency.

● Team Leadership & Management: Lead, supervise, and develop the local

operations team; set clear KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and foster a

safe, cooperative working environment.

● Resource & Capacity Planning: Manage inventory levels, equipment utilization,

manpower allocation, and site maintenance to ensure smooth operational

readiness.

● Quality Assurance & Safety Standards: Ensure all operational procedures

comply with health and safety regulations (EHS), quality standards, and

company policies.

● Reporting & Cross-Functional Coordination: Prepare key operational

performance reports (KPIs, lead times, resource usage) for executive

management and collaborate closely with sales, logistics, and technical teams.
