What they need

About the role

Lead the day-to-day operations of the hotel from pre-opening through stabilized operations. Deliver a consistent guest experience to CHM brand standards, protect the owner's asset, and achieve the agreed budget. This is a hands-on role in a lean team, covering Rooms first and then F&B once it opens.

Key responsibilities

  • Support CHM in setting up hotel systems and test them end to end before opening.
  • Recruit, onboard, and train the opening team together with the CHM People team.
  • Set up suppliers for linen, amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
  • Inspect rooms, track snagging items, and check FF&E/OS&E deliveries against plan.
  • Run mock stays and trial operations before rooms go on sale.
  • Follow up on licenses and documents required to operate.
  • Work with CHM to prepare the F&B outlet for opening: team, suppliers, menu costing, and service standards.
  • Coordinate food and liquor licenses.
  • Oversee front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations.
  • Manage room status daily so saleable inventory is never lost to out-of-order rooms.

About you

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years' hotel experience, mainly in Rooms Division, with at least 2 years at supervisor or assistant manager level.
  • Hands-on experience with hotel PMS, channel manager, and OTA extranets.
  • Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage; F&B exposure is an advantage.
  • Good command of Thai; English good enough to serve guests and write reports. Chinese is a plus.
  • Hands-on leadership, strong service mindset, problem-solving under pressure, cost awareness, and willingness to learn and grow with CHM.
