🚨 Operations Manager – Vehicle Access Systems | Greeneville, TN
I’m hiring for an Operations Manager with a global Tier 1 automotive supplier .
Key Requirements:
Tier 1/Tier 2 automotive manufacturing experience
Strong TPS / Lean / Kaizen experience
Hands-on injection molding leadership
Direct robotic paint systems experience
Multi-functional plant leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering & Supply Chain
HSEE, budget/cost accountability & continuous improvement experience
Preferred: Plant Manager/Site Leader experience, Class-A painted components, Toyota-tier supplier experience, Six Sigma, or vehicle access/locking systems background.
