Operation Manager

Role:
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of a physician house-call group and coordinate between the internal team, home health office, physicians, providers, and patients. The role focuses on communication, scheduling, hiring, workflow management, and patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client and physician communication
• Coordinate physicians' home visits, schedules, and patient requirements
• Manage daily office operations
• Prepare/coordinate staff schedules, duty rosters, and home-visit assignments
• Coordinate between internal teams, HH office, physicians, nurses, physiotherapists, and patients
• Resolve operational and service-delivery issues
• Hire, train, and supervise clinical and administrative staff
• Manage onboarding, performance reviews, and continuing education
• Monitor attendance, retention, and discipline
• Maintain patient records, visit logs, and medical charts
• Conduct internal audits and safety checks

Requirements & Skills:

• 3–6+ years in healthcare operations, home healthcare administration, or medical practice management
• Basic knowledge of healthcare operations
• Willingness to work US timings from office
• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of scheduling software and EHR systems

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹122,000.00 per month
