Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the company's day-to-day operations. The role will be responsible for managing operational workflows, driving team performance, improving processes, monitoring key metrics, and ensuring timely execution of business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and decision-making abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage teams and operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth execution of workflows.
• Manage, mentor, and monitor teams to achieve operational and productivity targets.
• Coordinate effectively with Data Procurement, Data Operations, Technology, HR, and other departments.
• Establish, implement, and continuously improve operational processes and SOPs.
• Define and monitor operational KPIs, productivity metrics, and performance standards.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and overall operational performance.
• Identify process gaps, operational risks, and bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and present MIS reports, performance dashboards, and operational updates to management.
• Ensure quality, accuracy, efficiency, and timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders as required.
• Support senior management in strategic planning and operational decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Drive a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
• Proven experience in team management and operational planning.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, teams, and deadlines effectively.
• Strong decision-making and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
• Experience in a technology, AI, data, or startup environment will be an added advantage.
