Operations Manager – Nashville, TN

We are seeking a dependable, organized, and flexible Operations Manager to support the planning and execution of events throughout the Nashville area. The ideal candidate has a strong knowledge of Nashville and its surrounding areas, an interest in the event industry, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee day-to-day event operations.
• Assist with event planning, logistics, scheduling, and on-site coordination.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and event staff to help ensure successful events.
• Manage schedules, timelines, and operational details.
• Help troubleshoot issues and ensure events run smoothly.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the Nashville area and local venues, vendors, and event locations.
• Interest in or familiarity with the event industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and adapt to changing event needs.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the role.
