What they need
- Role Title: Head of Operations : Pan-India (Manpower & Staffing Services)
- Scope: National (All-India multi-state and multi-branch operations)
- Key Focus: P&L ownership, large-scale blue/grey/white-collar workforce deployment, client retention, and statutory/labor compliance.
Responsibilities
- Workforce Sourcing, Mobilization & Deployment
- Oversee end-to-end lifecycle management: sourcing, screening, background checks, onboarding, deployment, and replacement of contract/permanent manpower.
- Manage cluster, regional, and site managers to ensure zero-vacancy or minimal turnaround time (TAT) for client requisitions.
- Client Relationship & SLA Management
- Act as the executive escalation point for major enterprise clients.
- Drive high client retention, contract renewals, and upsell/cross-sell additional staffing or facility services.
- Experience:
- 8–12+ years of total experience in the staffing, manpower outsourcing, facility management, or logistics industry.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
