OPERATION MANAGER

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organised Operation Manager to oversee daily business operations, coordinate projects, and ensure smooth workflow across teams. You will drive efficiency, maintain standards, and support business growth.

Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and oversee daily operational activities and project schedules to ensure timely completion

Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to facilitate seamless delivery of services and projects

Monitor operational performance by identifying issues promptly and implementing effective improvements

Manage manpower allocation to optimise workforce productivity while ensuring workplace safety and regulatory compliance

Prepare detailed progress reports and communicate key updates clearly to stakeholders

Lead a multicultural team by managing priorities independently and fostering collaboration

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role

Proficiency in Mandarin is highly advantageous to support communication with diverse stakeholders

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to drive team performance and resolve challenges

Familiarity with local employment regulations and safety compliance to maintain operational standards

Required competencies and certifications

Fluent in English to ensure effective communication across all business functions
