About the role
An experienced, hands-on, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing operations, improve production efficiency, strengthen quality control, manage production teams, and establish effective operational systems.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily factory production, packing, and manufacturing activities
- Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production plans
- Ensure production targets, product quality, and delivery deadlines are achieved
- Monitor production performance, machine utilization, downtime, and operational efficiency
- Identify production bottlenecks and implement practical improvements
- Coordinate production schedules based on sales orders and customer requirements
- Optimize production capacity, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization
- Establish and monitor production KPIs, including output, productivity, yield, and wastage
