ABS Group HR Solutions, a leading manpower consultancy, is hiring an Operations Manager – Security Services to ensure security services are delivered to customers’ satisfaction and as per contract terms across client locations in Ernakulam.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure security services are delivered as per contract and service standards.
• Build professional relationships with clients and respond promptly to their requests and concerns.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections.
• Supervise security supervisors and guards, and manage deployment and duty rosters.
• Handle escalations and emergencies.
• Submit daily and monthly operational reports.

Eligibility

• Ex-Servicemen / Retired Kerala Police Personnel only.
• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Diploma.
• Valid Four-Wheeler and Two-Wheeler Driving Licences are Mandatory.
• Good computer literacy (MS Word, MS Excel, email, and reporting tools).
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Willing to travel across Ernakulam and nearby locations.
