Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, highly trustworthy, and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate unquestionable honesty and integrity, strong leadership, sound judgment, and the ability to handle financial and operational responsibilities without compromising ethical standards.

The position requires an assertive, confident, and experienced leader who can manage teams, resolve operational concerns, and professionally coordinate with government agencies and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily business operations and ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company policies.
• Lead, supervise, and evaluate operational teams to achieve company targets.
• Manage operational budgets, expenses, financial accountability, and cost-control measures.
• Implement strict internal controls to prevent fraud, misconduct, financial irregularities, and misuse of company resources.
• Coordinate and maintain professional relationships with government agencies, local authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Handle operational concerns, employee issues, conflicts, and matters requiring management intervention.
• Monitor operational performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare accurate operational reports and provide regular updates to Management.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Ensure business continuity and respond effectively to urgent operational concerns.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a directly comparable operations management role.
• Must possess a high level of honesty, integrity, and ethical responsibility, particularly in handling company funds, assets, and confidential matters.
• Strong personality with excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Confident, assertive, and capable of managing employees and handling difficult situations professionally.
• Must be capable of communicating, coordinating, and dealing professionally with government agencies, law enforcement offices, and local authorities.
• Proven experience in managing daily operations, employees, budgets, and operational performance.
• Strong understanding of operational controls, accountability, risk management, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field is preferred.
• Applicants from outside Butuan City or Agusan del Norte are welcome to apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Butuan City.
