Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily security operations, including manpower deployment, site supervision, and service quality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and applicable security regulations.
• Manage client relationships, address operational issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand the company's security services.
• Actively conduct sales activities, including client visits, cold calling, presentations, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations.
• Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to achieve assigned sales targets and revenue growth.
• Monitor operational costs, manpower requirements, and contract profitability.
• Prepare operational and sales performance reports for management.
• Lead and motivate operational teams to achieve company objectives.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in security operations or a related industry.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, and client acquisition.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of security operations, manpower management, and client servicing.
• Willing to travel for site inspections, client meetings, and business development activities.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
