Operation Manager (Consignment)

• Manage the effective and efficient operation for all consignment / fair, within the area of responsibility.
• Propose sales & marketing strategies to establish sales and productivity goals for the shops and providing feedback to management.
• Monitor and work with shop and counter operators to maximize sales performance and customer service.
• Conduct routine counter visits and inspections.
• Monitor and follow up on individual staff performance, providing guidance and support for improvement.

Job Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/ Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• With Min 3 to 4 years of working experience in operations or retail management.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.
