Operation Manager -Facility Management

Job Summary

Lead complete branch operations across all client sites covering Technical Services, Housekeeping, Pantry and Soft Services.

Responsibilities

• Ensure achievement of SLA/KPI standards and conduct regular operational reviews and site audits.
• Manage key client relationships, client meetings, complaints and escalations while ensuring timely resolution.
• Identify new business opportunities and handle RFPs, RFQs, tenders and commercial negotiations.
• Drive branch revenue growth, client retention, contract renewals, upselling and cross-selling.
• Take ownership of branch P&L, revenue, operational costs, margins and profitability.
• Manage manpower planning, staffing, attendance, shifts, replacements and attrition control.
• Oversee technical services including Electrical, DG, HVAC, Plumbing, STP/WTP, Firefighting and Elevators.
