About the company
A fast-growing premium beauty brand, specialized in expert serums (lashes, brows, hair) and active makeup, is looking for its Operations Manager.
The brand is distributed through DTC e-commerce and pharmacies and is expanding internationally.
The ambition is clear: build a high-performing brand with strong operational execution and scalable systems.
The role
This is a key operational role working directly with the founder.
You will be responsible for structuring and improving the company’s operational infrastructure across e-commerce, supply chain and day-to-day operations.
This role is not about maintaining processes — it’s about building and improving them as the company scales.
Responsibilities
Operations management
Oversee daily operations across e-commerce and partners
Ensure operational reliability, quality and execution speed
Identify operational bottlenecks and solve them
Process & systems
Build and improve operational processes (SOPs)
Implement clear workflows and operational tools
Create simple dashboards and operational tracking
Supply & logistics
Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and logistics partners
Monitor inventory levels, forecasts and replenishment
Improve operational efficiency and reduce delays
E-commerce operations
Supervise Shopify operations and order flows
Coordinate with marketing, customer support and logistics
Improve operational systems as the brand scales
Profile
Required
Experience in operations, project management or e-commerce
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to structure processes and systems
High level of autonomy and ownership
French B2 minimum and fluent English
Basic knowledge of Shopify and e-commerce workflows
Nice to have
Experience in beauty or consumer brands
Experience in DTC e-commerce
Experience working with international markets
