Operation Manager (HQ Ref. #P26029)

Roles and Duties

• Oversee daily operations across multiple centers, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and standards efficiently.
• Handle complaints promptly and professionally to maintain positive relationships.
• Conduct regular center visits to evaluate performance, deliver constructive feedback, and establish goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to maintain high-quality center performance.
• Address parental concerns promptly to build trust and maintain open, effective communication.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and generate timely reports to support operation.

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma or above in a related discipline, with 5 years relevant work experience.
• Strong communication and quick problem solving skills.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask.
• Positive and can-do attitude.
• Fluent in written & spoken Cantonese, English & Mandarin.
• Candidate with less experience will be considered Assistant Operation Manager.
