Operation Manager - Mall

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Mall Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the mall and ensure smooth, efficient, and customer-focused services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily mall operations.
• Coordinate with Security, Housekeeping, Engineering, Maintenance, Parking, and other operational departments.
• Ensure the mall premises are maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitor tenant/brand operational issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Handle customer complaints and operational concerns.
• Ensure compliance with mall SOPs, safety standards, and operational policies.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers.
• Monitor maintenance, cleanliness, security, and facility-related matters.
• Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.
• Ensure smooth operations during events, promotions, and peak business hours.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in mall, retail, hospitality, facility, or commercial property operations.
• Strong leadership and team-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple operational matters simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of facility and mall operations.
