Operation Manager (Sunpride Fruit Bar)

About the Role

Sunpride Fruit Bar is a new brand developed under Rejuve, with an ambition to build and scale a new business in the healthy food and beverage space.

As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in escalating the business from its current state to the next stage of growth. You will drive commercial performance, strengthen operations, build a high-performing team, and establish a scalable foundation for future expansion.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, profitability, and overall business growth across outlets
• Identify business gaps and opportunities, and turn them into actionable growth initiatives
• Lead and develop store teams to achieve strong operational and commercial performance
• Optimize store operations, inventory, costs, and productivity
• Monitor key business metrics and translate data into business decisions
• Build scalable processes and operating standards to support future expansion
• Collaborate cross-functionally to execute business and growth initiatives
• Take ownership of challenges and continuously improve the business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Retail, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in multi-outlet F&B or retail, preferably in a managerial role
• Strong commercial and business acumen, with a track record of driving growth
• Strong analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and willingness to challenge the status quo
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving, and growth-oriented environment
• Willing to travel across store locations as required
