Operation Manager/General Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager/General Manager for Doncaster to oversee the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring excellent guest service, operational efficiency, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, and Maintenance.
• Ensure SOPs, health & safety, and company standards are consistently followed.
• Lead, motivate, and develop hotel teams.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve operational issues.
• Support the General Manager with budgets, cost control, KPIs, and performance.
• Drive operational improvements and implement company initiatives.
• Work closely with Head Office and department heads to achieve business objectives.

Prerequisites

• 3+ years of hotel operations experience.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Good financial and commercial understanding.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, PMS, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Guest-focused and hands-on approach.
• Flexible to work weekends and travel when required.
