Operation Officer

• Analyzing financial data to improve business operations managing budgets and ensuring accurate financial record-keeping for a company' day to day activities
• Tracking of potential demurrage claims, Gathering claim documentation.
• Calculating laytime and Negotiating final demurrage settlements.
• Keeping accurate records of claim amounts and counterparties.
• Liaise with team for monitoring of the vessel schedules to plan and arrange timely activity of owner and bunker supply.
• Monitor for scheduled dry dockings and repairs on assigned ships.
• Manage budget, oversee scheduling and help departments stay aligned with operation targets.
• Collaborating with other departments to minimize expenses though cost controls.
• Analyze the problem and suggestion the solution to deliver efficiency, production and benefits to company.

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistic or related fields.
• At least 3-5 years of experiences in logistic or shipment fields.
• Good command of English
• Ability to negotiate with customer
• Invoice knowledge will be advantage
