What they need
Key responsibilities
- Responsible for performing daily settlement of FX/MM transactions in a timely and effective manner.
- Process settlement payments and receipts via SWIFT/CHATS.
- Ensure transaction are in full compliance with internal/external rules and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain daily operation record, reports, and regulation filings.
- Handle inquiries from front desk, counterparties and clients.
- Perform daily operation support to the team.
About you
- Degree holder in Finance, Business or related disciplines.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in FX settlement, trade finance, or remittance. Experience with SWIFT/CHATS is preferred.
- Sound knowledge in SWIFT, RTGS and good PC skills including MS word, Excel and Chinese word processing.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a high sense of responsibility.
- Strong communication and teamwork
