Operation Officer

Job Responsibilities：

• Assist the Sales teams in facilitating daily administrative duties to ensure smooth operations.
• Responsible for fulfilling order processing requirements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
• Handle day-to-day sales operations and billing issues promptly.
• Manage statement of account and AR follow-up.
• Participate in other projects / tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide assistance and support for business expansion and operations in overseas markets.

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of working experience. Experience in construction related feild would be an advantage.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel; data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of OA and Saas system would be an advantage.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Experienced with operation in Chinese companies would be an advantage.
