What they need
- Handle clients’ enquiries and provide extraordinary services face-to-face or via telephone/email
- Work closely with KYC team and Funding team in the client on-boarding, PI, fund in/out, SI/physical stocks deposit and withdrawal, refund, etc. in compliant with compliance rules and regulations
- Work closely with different Business units and provide support, such as corporate/institution/PI clients
- account opening, deposit/withdrawal, etc.
- Recommends and implement enhancements to improve effectiveness and efficiency of services and systems
- Participate in ad hoc assignments or testing jobs as required
Requirement:
- Degree holder /Higher Diploma or above
- 1-2 years or above relevant experience in client services/sales support, preferably in the fields of finance, title
- would adjust based on the relevant experience
- Representative License under SFC for Type 1 and 2 regulated activities is a must
- A good team player with excellent communication skill and proactive attitude
- Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Proficiency in MS Office, English & Chinese Word Processing
