Operation Planner

Plan and schedule daily production activities according to customer orders and production capacity.

Prepare and monitor production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders.

Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing and Sales departments on production requirements.

Monitor raw material availability and ensure materials are ready for production.

Follow up on production progress and identify any delays or potential issues.

Adjust production schedules when there are changes in orders, materials or production capacity.

Maintain accurate production planning records, reports and documentation.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material requirements with relevant departments.

Ensure production plans are aligned with company priorities and delivery schedules.

Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Management.
