Operation Process Engineer (Semicon Industry / West / AWS + VB / Gross $5000+)

Company Overview

We are looking for dynamic Operations Process Engineers to join our team in Pioneer. In this role, you will be responsible for process design, operations, and implementation—optimizing manufacturing processes to maintain high efficiency, reduce costs, enhance sustainability, and maximize operational yield.

Job Highlights

• Basic salary: $3500 – $4800, OT payable (Monthly gross $4200-$5000)

• AWS + Variable Bonus

• Pioneer, West Region (Islandwide company bus transport provided)

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, and maintain Texture/Washer processes to achieve stringent quality, yield, productivity, and cost targets.

• Monitor and control key process parameters including chemical concentration, temperature, pressure, flow rate, and cycle time.

• Evaluate and optimize cleaning agents, filtration, and drying processes.

• Plan, carry out, and analyze Design of Experiments (DOE) for new process parameters and programs.

• Conduct root cause analysis on defect failures and execute Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).

• Drive continuous improvement projects on cleaning processes, contamination reduction, and machine efficiency.

• Develop or modify SOPs, work instructions, process specifications, and Safety Risk Assessments.

• Collaborate with Production, QA, Maintenance, and Facilities teams to solve manufacturing issues.

• Ensure full compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards for chemical and waste management.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment.

• Hands-on experience with equipment troubleshooting, pumps, valves, pressure, and flow controls.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies (SPC, Cp/Cpk).
