Operation Project Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for planning, management, and implementation of bank-wide operation projects
• Develop, execute, and monitor project plans, hold regular project review meetings, track progress, and identify exceptions to plan
• Monitor and analyze the operation procedure and propose optimization strategies and improvement. Ensure SOP is fully compliant with the bank’s policies, regulatory requirements, and AML controls
• Drive or support digital transformation and AI initiatives, including business case development, requirements gathering, solution evaluation, implementation, user adoption, and post-implementation review
• Support E-Banking system and related operational processes
• Monitor and analyze operational data, prepare reports for senior management, and recommend improvement strategies
• Perform other duties as delegated and assigned by the management

Job Requirements:

• University or higher degree
• Minimum 8 years in related banking experience
• Holder of Associated Operational Risk Management Professional (AORP) will be an advantage
• Experience in internet banking business
• Good knowledge of banking products, operational procedures, and systems
• Familiar with the regulatory requirements under HKMA
• Structured thinking and good problem-solving capability
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Sound judgment and decision-making skills
• Ability to work in a close team environment as well as independently
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Good English and Mandarin language skills
