Operation Senior Associate (Chinese Asset Management )

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily fund operations including Public Funds, Private Funds
• Handle the trade bookings, matching, account opening support, cash & security holding reconciliation, fee payment and settlements and monitoring capital call and distributions
• Prepare monthly NAV pack from fund administrators
• Assist for new fund launching/fund on-boarding
• Ensure operations / procedures are in compliance with relevant rules and regulations
• Act as a primary contact and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Participate in and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system enhancements

Requirement:

• Bachelor degree or above in accounting , finance or a related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in asset management operations
• Proven experience in fund accounting, NAV preparation, and trade settlement
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong command of both spoken and written Chinese (Cantonese, Mandarin) and English
