Operation Services Project Manager | IT Base

Summary of Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

• Provide regular updates to cross functional teams, operations services and operations team on key milestones, projects and initiatives both in planning and implementation phase.
• Support to cross functional planning and implementation process and support store level activities
• Lead operations driven projects and initiatives from concept through to implementation and to ensure sustainability
• Work as key member of a project team to research, develop and implement changes or new operational practices and procedures that improve store operations, efficiencies and overall business performance.
• Support project planning and calendaring process across all functions within the business to ensure all programs implemented in the field are planned and implemented in line with the retail planning calendar process.
• Provide ongoing support to field once projects are implemented to integrate to business as usual.
• Provide support and coaching to business functions around project management practices and tools.
• Work with other departments to provide the operational voice on key initiatives that impact the operations of the field (e.g. implementation of new programs).
• Provide operational recommendations and support on key communications to ensure the effectiveness of communications for initiatives that impact the field.
• Attend to ad-hoc store requests as required to assist in resolving issues impacting customers, partners or business.
• Assist cross functional teams and operations services team to provide support as per the business needs.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field

Summary of Experience

• A minimum of 5 years store experience with Retail Business is highly desirable
• A minimum of 5-7 years project related experience is highly desirable, progressive experience managing varied field initiatives or implementation of projects.
