OPERATION SHIFT-IN-CHARGE

Qualifications:

· Technology/Engineering graduate

· Strong production leadership and shift management

· Skilled in process optimization, parameter setup, and troubleshooting

· Familiarity with Husky, Sacmi, or Moss machines is an advantage

· Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills

· SAP knowledge with production reporting and shift record management

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee injection molding operations during the shift, ensuring proper machine setup and production compliance.

· Monitor and adjust machine parameters to maintain product quality and achieve production targets.

· Supervise shift personnel, conduct turnover meetings, and ensure proper task execution.

· Prepare and submit accurate shift production and SBMS reports on time.

· Ensure in-process quality by reviewing reports and addressing production issues.

· Coordinate with Maintenance for preventive and corrective equipment servicing.

· Monitor machine performance and auxiliary equipment, ensuring proper documentation.

· Manage material availability, silo levels, and timely issuance for production continuity.

· Maintain safety, GMP, and cleanliness standards in the injection area.

· Escalate and report operational or quality issues promptly for resolution.
