Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using data visualization software such as Tableau, Power BI, and Visio to support business insights.
• Analyze sales data and generate comprehensive reports utilizing Excel functions like VLOOKUP, along with sales analytics & reporting tools to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage and optimize CRM systems including Salesforce Cloud, ensuring accurate data entry, updates, and system integration for seamless sales management.
• Interpret complex data sets through business analysis techniques to inform forecasting, sales strategies, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, improve reporting accuracy, and implement new analytics solutions.
• Utilize SQL queries for data extraction and perform quantitative analysis to support decision-making processes.
• Develop dashboards and visual reports that facilitate clear communication of key metrics for stakeholders at all levels.

Experience

• Proven experience in data interpretation, business intelligence report generation, and dashboard development within a corporate environment.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, Visio, Salesforce CRM (Salesforce Cloud), and other sales management systems.
• Strong understanding of data analysis skills including SQL querying, Excel data analysis techniques, and VLOOKUP functions.
• Demonstrated ability in sales analytics & reporting tools as well as business analysis methodologies.
• Experience in project management or process improvement initiatives is highly desirable.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills with the ability to translate technical insights into actionable business strategies.
• Prior experience working with sales forecasting models and utilizing business intelligence tools for reporting purposes.

Pay: $45.91 - $50.00 per hour
