Job highlights

• . Graduate / Postgraduate (preferably business / commerce background) with at least 1 year of experience in back-office operations

• The individual should be diligent and efficient in completing the projects assigned to the team

• Maintain MIS tracker with appropriate case status.

• Perform quality check as per internal criteria on the status updated by team and coordinating with the team.

• Responsible for sending regular updates of the seniors of the status.

• Perform backend operational activities allocated on daily basis.

• Work as part of team to ensure project deliverables are met on time.

• Handle queries raised by internal stakeholders.

Basic Qualification
