Operation Specislist

The Operations Specialist manages end‑to‑end purchasing, importation, and export processes to ensure the timely, compliant, and cost‑effective importation of products into Philippines. As a key member of the Operations team working closely with the Trade Compliance Department and Finance, the role will primarily be responsible for vendor coordination, customs, logistics and brokerage related activities and documentations. This position requires strong attention to detail, the ability to respond quickly to urgent requirements, and strict adherence to regulatory and trade compliance standards.

Tasks :

• Purchasing & Vendor Coordination
• Importation & Export Operations
• Seamless Coordination between Broker, Forwarder & Logistics and Internal Stakeholders
• Compliance & Risk Support
• Forecasting and Inventory Management

Qualifications :

Education : Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Engineering, or equivalent.

Related Experience :

• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in supply chain roles (inventory, logistics, or procurement).
• Background in import/export operations, including HS codes, permits, and customs documentation.
• Experience working with freight forwarders, 3PL, 4PL, and customs authorities is preferred.
• Skilled in PO tracking, logistics cost monitoring, invoice verification, and FOA claims.
• Strong documentation, coordination, and follow‑through skills.

• Proficient in MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook)
• Proficient and Experience in ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP) is preferred.

• Able to incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results.
