Operation Staff

Responsibilities:

• Manage new customer registration, including customer code, insurance, and credit application.
• Collect customer orders from the sales team, consolidate demand forecasts, and prepare purchase orders for local suppliers.
• Develop sales forecasts and inventory plans, and coordinate order placement with headquarters.
• Communicate with headquarters regarding production scheduling, shipment progress, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor order fulfillment, including urgent/special orders, and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
• Oversee inventory accuracy through regular data checks and physical stock audits, and support overstock management.
• Handle supplier invoice review, payment application, and customs clearance for imported goods.
• Prepare forecast and shipment reports, maintain documentation, and manage operational data.
• Support internal departments and perform other operational tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics (experience in tire/automotive/manufacturing is a plus).
• Strong understanding of order processing, forecasting, and inventory control.
• Good communication and coordination skills with internal teams, suppliers, and headquarters.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with data.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team.
• Fluent in English (speaking and writing); Mandarin is advantage
