What they need
To plan, organize, and ensure that pumping activities are conducted according to plan, achieving Zero Incidents, an 80% Mining Safety Management System (SMKP) compliance rate, meeting 100% of the production target for each pump, employing correct and proper operational procedures, and ensuring effective supervision and coordination within the team.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Mining Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in mining industries.
Certified as a "POP/Pengawa Operasional Pertama.
Strong Leadership capabilities.
Able to work in or around water.
Willing to be placed in Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
