Operations Supervisor Job Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations Management

• Responsible for coordinating and managing daily departmental operations to ensure smooth execution of all processes.
• Monitor and optimize operational workflows to improve work efficiency and service quality.
• Ensure business operations comply with company policies, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

2. Team Management & Coordination

• Manage and guide team members in work allocation and execution.
• Responsible for team training, performance evaluation, and daily performance monitoring.
• Promote cross-department communication and collaboration to enhance overall execution efficiency.

3. Data Analysis & Reporting

• Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing operational data.
• Prepare regular operational reports to provide management with insights and decision-making support.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPI) and drive the implementation of improvement actions.

4. Process Improvement & Problem Solving

• Identify operational issues and potential risks, and propose improvement solutions.
• Drive process optimization and standardization to improve overall operational efficiency.
• Handle unexpected situations and ensure business continuity.

5. Resource & Cost Control

• Responsible for the effective allocation and utilization of operational resources.
• Assist in controlling operational costs and improving resource efficiency.
• Ensure proper allocation of materials, equipment, and manpower.

6. Other Responsibilities

• Perform other related duties assigned by supervisors or management.
• Assist the company in achieving business objectives and completing assigned projects.
