Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient workflow
- Manage manpower planning, shift arrangement, and productivity control
- Monitor inbound and outbound activities to meet operational KPIs
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, safety standards, and 5S practices
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues
- Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including attendance and discipline management
About you
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse management experience
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting
