Operation Supervisor

Salary package:

• basic $3300 - $4000
• Night Shift Allowance: $13/night
• Forklift allowance: $100 -$150

Working Day: 12hour shift

• DAY: 8am to 8pm
• NIGHT: 8pm - 8am

Work Location: West – Company Transport provided

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead warehouse operations to ensure smooth daily activities.
• Manage and coach a team of logistics assistants to achieve KPIs and operational targets.
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, SOPs, and company procedures.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor inventory using WMS and SAP systems.
• Ensure accurate and timely billing with proper supporting documents.
• Prepare and monitor operational reports, including monthly KPI reports.
• Train new employees and provide coaching to improve team performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives (5S, Kaizen, Lean).
• Handle operational issues, process improvements, and ad-hoc projects.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of warehouse or logistics supervisory experience.
• Experience using WMS; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
• Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
