OPERATION SUPERVISOR

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and ensure that pumping activities are carried out according to the established plan.
• Achieve zero incidents in pumping operations and maintain compliance rate with the Mining Safety Management System (SMKP).
• Meet the production target for each pump by applying correct and proper operational procedures.
• Ensure effective supervision and coordination within the team.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably majoring in Mining Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in mining industries.
• Certified as a POP/Pengawas Operasional Pertama.
• Strong Leadership capabilities.
• Able to work in or around the water.
• Willing to be placed in Tabalong, South Kalimantan.
