Operation Supervisor

Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline; a Marine or Nautical educational background is an advantage.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in shipping, transportation, or logistics operations.
• Strong leadership skills and high integrity.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of relevant regulations, requirements, and procedures, including customs, terminal operations, and export/import cargo processes.
• Good physical and mental health, with the ability to perform duties in both office and port environments.
• Willingness and ability to work according to vessel schedules, including outside normal office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Seafaring or nautical experience is an advantage.

Main Responsibility :

• Manage cargo and operational performance safely and in compliance with company standards, operational requirements, and applicable government regulations.
