- 2–4 years’ experience in operations, staffing, manpower, or a related industry
- Previous supervisory or team management experience preferred
- Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Good knowledge of rostering, timesheets, attendance, and reporting
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
