Operation Supervisor

• Supervise daily manpower operations, staff deployment, attendance, and shift requirements.
• Coordinate with clients and ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requirements.
• Handle staff replacements, operational issues, and day-to-day workforce coordination.
• Support client relationship management and identify opportunities for additional manpower services.
• Assist in business development and contribute to achieving sales and revenue targets.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2–4 years’ experience in operations within the manpower/staffing industry is required.
• Strong communication, client coordination, and operational management skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.
• Abu Dhabi-based candidates are preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Good knowledge of rostering, timesheets, attendance, and reporting
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
