Role Description The Operation Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in New Cairo, responsible for overseeing daily store and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient workflows. This role includes supervising staff schedules, monitoring inventory levels, coordinating deliveries, and ensuring that merchandising and stockroom processes meet brand standards. The Operation Supervisor will implement and refine operational procedures, track key performance indicators, and support store leadership in meeting sales and service goals. Day-to-day responsibilities also involve maintaining compliance with company policies, resolving operational issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience aligned with WOROOD’s luxury positioning.

Qualifications

• Operations and process management skills, including workflow optimization, inventory control, and coordination of store and stockroom activities.
• Team leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising staff, organizing schedules, and supporting performance development.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with sales teams, logistics, and management to achieve shared objectives.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards, ensuring alignment with a luxury fashion brand’s customer experience and visual presentation.
• Proficiency in basic office and retail systems (e.g., POS, inventory software, spreadsheets) and comfort with data tracking and reporting.
• Previous experience in retail operations or fashion/luxury brands is highly beneficial.
• Relevant diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
