Operation Supervisor

• Conduct performance evaluation that are timely and constructive
• Organize and maintain inventory and storage areas
• Ensure inventory transactions accuracy
• Determine staffing levels and assign workload
• Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices
• Coordinate activities with other departments

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• * Graduate of any 4-year course.
• With relevant experience in warehouse management & operations.
• Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills Good communication skills, both in verbal and written forms*
• Flexible can with stand work pressure*
• Willing to work in Carmona, Cavite
• CAN START ASAP
