- Supervise warehouse personnel, team leaders, and logistics staff to ensure productivity and operational efficiency.
- Monitor manpower attendance, work schedules, overtime, and daily performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, warehouse procedures, and company policies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including inventory, productivity, and manpower updates.
- Coordinate with clients, suppliers, transport providers, and other departments to resolve operational concerns.
- Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment and company assets.
