Operation Supervisor (Mando)

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assign daily tasks to plantation workers.
• Monitor workers' attendance, performance, and work progress.
• Ensure daily work targets and operational schedules are achieved.
• Supervise planting, maintenance, and other field activities.
• Ensure proper work procedures and safety requirements are followed.
• Monitor the use of tools, equipment, fertilisers, and materials.
• Maintain basic daily work records and report progress to management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in plantation, forestry, agriculture, or related fields.
• Experience as a Mando, Field Supervisor, or Team Leader is an advantage.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Able to manage workers and work independently.
• Physically fit and willing to work outdoors.
• Basic knowledge of workplace safety.
• Possess a valid driving licence and willing to travel within plantation areas.
