Operations Support Officer (NYSC Corps Member)

We are looking for a smart, organised, and proactive NYSC Corps Member to join our team as an Operations Support Officer.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, willing to learn, and able to support the smooth running of day-to-day administrative and operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the team
• Assist with day-to-day office operations and coordination
• Maintain and update records, trackers, and documentation
• Support scheduling, meetings, and other operational activities
• Assist with procurement and office supplies management
• Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and other stakeholders when required
• Prepare reports, correspondence, and other administrative documents
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion
• Support other operational tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Must be a current NYSC Corps Member available for primary assignment
• Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn
• Attention to detail and good time-management skills
