About the role

This role involves monitoring and controlling project costs in accordance with budget and plans, analyzing project performance and cost-related risks, and coordinating with relevant departments to support project management and control.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control project costs to align with budget and plans
• Analyze project performance results and cost-related risks, and prepare reports for project management
• Coordinate with relevant departments to support project management and control
• Prepare cost reports, disbursement reports, and project performance reports
• Monitor disbursements and manage Bank Guarantee for the project
• Develop and improve reporting systems and project control processes
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Cost Management, Management, Engineering, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in Cost Control, Project Controlling, Budget Control, or related areas
• Knowledge of accounting, project costing, data analysis, and understanding of technical construction work
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in SAP on Cloud and Microsoft Office 365
