Operation Support ( Data Reporting)

The Data Reporting - Operations Support provides administrative and reporting assistance by extracting, organizing, and updating data to meet the team’s daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements. The role ensures reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time while following established processes and guidelines.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Extract data from designated systems and reports.

2. Encode data using the required report templates provided by the BU Sales Teams.

3. Update daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring files and trackers.

4. Perform basic data validation to ensure report accuracy and completeness.

5. Prepare scheduled reports for review by the assigned Sales Team.

6. Assist the Sales Team with standard sales and marketing computations, including ROAS, sales growth, and other predefined performance metrics.

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience in sales support, marketing administration, data encoding, or report preparation.
• Familiarity with e-commerce sales reports, advertising spend, and campaign performance data.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing computations, including ROAS, sales growth, and average order value.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel to update trackers, consolidate data, and prepare reports.
• Familiarity with platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with relevant academic knowledge and good Excel skills are welcome toapply

Pay: Php28,000.00 per month
